Creating a highlight
- Open a document.
- Select any text to bring up the annotation toolbar.
- Choose a highlight color from the palette to mark the text.
- Your highlight will be saved automatically and appear in the Annotations tab on the right-hand panel.
Adding a comment
- After highlighting text, click Comment in the annotation toolbar.
- Type your note in the comment box and press Enter to save.
- Comments appear in the Annotations tab alongside the highlighted text.
Viewing and managing
- Open the Annotations tab in the right-hand panel to see all highlights and comments for the document.
- Click any annotation in the list to navigate instantly to that specific location in the document.
- Hover over any highlight to quickly view its associated comments.
